Thermal effects are the most dominant source for displacements in machine tools and thus work-piece inaccuracies during manufacturing process. A promising strategy to meet ever-increasing accuracy requirements is use of predictive models for, e.g., parameter design op-timizations or online correction thermally induced error at tool center point (TCP) pro-duction However, these techniques require fast but precise simulations. The need high model direct contrast desired real-time capabilities.
